My Uncle age is 51 & his sugar levels are Fasting -319 Pp(2hr) - 515. What should he do to control his sugar level?Any special type of diet and exercise to follow? Is this completely curable or not?

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder. It is a treatable condition. U can maintain sugars in normal limits even without medication with strict diet restrictions and regular physical activity. But right now he needs to add drugs along lifestyle changes to control his sugars
