Fasting BSL is 132 and PP BSL is 174. Is it too high. Or can be consider as diabetes

Your fasting sugar is in the diabetes range. Post food sugar is pre diabetes range. I suggest you get a test done called hba1c and visit a doctor personally. This test will help to decide for sure whether you have diabetes or not.
