High SGPT & SGOT during pregnancy

I am 36 weeks pregnant. My SGOT-138,SGPT-211 Alkaline -196, hemoglobin 10.6, packed cell volume -31.2 & WBC count is 11000 . Plz let me know what risks are associated with this for both me and my baby. And what are the remedies.
