High S.G.P.T. and Serum Cholesterol

I recently got the information about high levels of SGPT ( ALT): 39 units/l while the reference range is 0-34. And Serum Cholesterol: 273 mg/dl which comes in High Risk. I attached a report for reference. Please let me know if it is something to worry about. Or it will be back to normal by itself. Thank you for reading.

Check for LDL and HDL values as these are more important than total cholesterol.
Next Steps
Also do cut down on sugar, simple carbohydrates and fats and do half and hour brisk walk at least 5-6 day a week.
