Left maternal uterine shows resistance spectral waveform with resistive index measuring 0.64. Gynaecologist has prescribed Sildenafil 25 mg TDS, Ecosprin 150 mg OD and Lycord OD. Sildenafil is showing side effects like severe headache and dizziness throughout the day with just one tablet a day. Kindly suggest if its required to have this medicine
