High pulse rate

My sister is diagnosed for abdominal tuberculosis. She is on ATT for 2 weeks. Before treatment she had pulse rate of 140 - 150 bpm. Currently its about 120-130 bpm. Echo, Ecg, bp, thyroid and sugar are normal. Is high pulse due to tuberculosis infection or any heart problems? Please reply.

No heart problem, could be because of infection, if disturbing to the pt. Rate controlling medication can be started, consult physician
