High Pulse Rate and weakness

I am feeling not well from yesterday . I am suffering from restless and weakness problem. I measured pulse rate and oxygen level by finger pulse oximeter and find pulse rate is 122 and Oxygen level is 98 and after that also measure temperature , which is 98.2°F. please advise me.

It can be covid, it would be wise to get rtpcr test done. Meanwhile take paracetamol 650 for fever and have lot's of fluid to stay hydrated
