My son's platlets are high 600 mm 3. I am lil worried anything worrysome plz reply asap plz in detail

In general nothing to worry. Platelet count varies, some time high, some time less. Usually less platelet count is suggesting some abnormality otherwise wise no prob. If all other parameters are ok and pt. doesn't hav any symptoms.
Next Steps
you can repeat the test after 2 days. Hopefully it will be normal. Ifneedany other help or suggestions plz consult me

Platelet count > 750 needs to be investigated thoroughly. Kindly do a complete hemogram of your kid . Post the peripheral smear study. Most of the time its reactive thrombocythemia
