My daughter born 3 days before.. Taken routine blood test... Platelet count is 11.5 lakhs... Other rbc wbc are in normal range...what should we do?. Is it serious?

The count may vary depending on the hydration status of baby. If the baby is normal with good oral feeding and activity, then there is no need to fear. If you still have doubt you can ask your Pediatrician for repeat test after 24 hours
