I am a 35years old Female. I got my CBC count in which the platelets are 478000. Its higher than the range suggested in my report. My MPV is 7.9% which is lower than the range and then lymphocytes are 45% which are higher again. The reports were the same when i got the tests done two months back. I suffer from headaches whenever in stress and also have hairfall. My vit B12 is also borderline at 252 pg/ml. Plz suggest if its a matter of concern and what further tests need to be done
