High PDW,MPV,PLCR and low Platelet count

I have low platelet (1lakh), High MPV 15.4,High PDW 22.6,and high PlCR 67% in CBC test for last 4 month .rest report is within the range .I am worried about my health 😞....what will be the cause n treatment.....am I alright ? I attached my reports below

Consult Now
Not only your platelets r low , even your hemoglobin is also low according to your age nd gender . Most likely vitamin deficiency. Take multivitamin regularly nd increase fruits in yr diet
