Hello If your retina is healthy then any of  two options are okay If there is retinal weakness in form of holes etc then get it barraged or c section is preferable option

Go for a retinal examination for peripheral holes / degenerations .. if every thing is normal then you can have any of them .. if you are in 5-6 months then can have a barrage laser if there are any holes / degenerative changes then any type of delivery is ok
