High Lpa and hscrp

My father has a cardiac attack history and recently I have done some cardiac risk markers test and my Hs-CRP came as 40 and lipoprotein a (lp-a) 62 . Apo A1 is 87( within Nrml) and Apo B came as 62 (Normal)Does this mean I have a higher risk for cardiac disease ..I also taking rozavel 10 for dyslipidemia since 1 yr now Kindly share your thoughts on this
