My gf and i had sex about 4-5 weeks before but i think she is not pregnant but prolactin level is in the range of pregnancy 3 trimester ( around 186 ng/ml) where pregnancy 3rd trimester range is given as 95- 500 ng/ml in test report. How is this possible that my gf is pregnant even if we had sex for about 4-5 weeks while 3rd trimester is about 24 weeks i.e 7,8 months.?

Hyperprolactinemia can be due to other reasons..pregnancy  you can rule out with bhcg test
