High level of SGPT and SGOT

I got a recent blood test report and he has a high level of SGPT and SGOT. My SGPT level is 91.0 and SGOT level is 51.0 What to do to reduce the level fast. And is it very risky for hmy health? What is the problem? Please suggest.
