High level of mean platelate volume

My CBC report shows high level of mean plalate volume 15 fl but normal range 6.5- 12fl , red cell distribution width also high 15.8% ( normal range 11.6 -14%). Platelet count 1.51 lakh .monocyte is low 1.4% ( normal range 2-10%). Do I have serious health problem?
