I am facing digestion issues since last many years .  it is bloating , dyspepsia and heaviness in stomach . Since last one year I have noted that my lipase levels are higher then normal . My recent report is showing lipase level of 48 . What does this indicate . What is the cure and diet for correcting the lipase ?

Lipase rise mostly indicates pancreatic inflammation but there are other causes too it’s not a very high level of lipase you need to go with prescription medication and further investigations to evaluate cause and stray appropriate treatment till then you may try low fat diet small frequent meals
