From many days my heart rate is 95..Usually it was 80.Suddenly at night I am experiencing chest pain and my heart is racing at 130.I can feel heart pounding all over my body..What might be the condition? I have attached my ECG

It could be anxiety related...so do not worry. Your ecg is within normal limits
