High Haemoglobin and PCV

Hi sir, Today, i have got CBP, have slightly high Haemoglobin (17.1 g/dL) and PCV (50.7%). but RBC is normal(5.14 mill/cumm). what can be suggested? Any problem? what is better to do? or its okay?
