High grade fever once in a week

My  teenage  son started facing high grade fever e.g. 102 once/twice in a week. For rest of other days he is normal without any issue. He is keeping well normally. There is some appetite isse observed for some days. He started taking lesser meal than other days. Pls suggest what to do. Thanq in advance.
