High grade fever since 5 days . No cough n cold no vomiting n all. Hgm was normal on Saturday. Taking solo 650 but no improvement. Sometimes having severe headache.

Get widal test done for typhoid Get back by evening with result Continue with paracetamol 500 mg, not 650 mg Lots of water and ors Basic hygiene including bath and wear cotton only Total rest Liquid nourishment which doesn't cause distention Avoid oily and spicy food
