Please advice any medication to regularize blood glucose level as fasting blood glucose level does not go below 350 since 3 months

Highly uncontrolled sugars... Need evaluation and urgently need to control sugars to avoid ang complications.. Take it seriously and consult online or visit nearby Diabetologist..
