Hello, Your child has febrile seizure Means when body temperature rises above 101 degree, seizure can come Your child has total 3 episodes till now Every time with fever So mostly its a febrile seizure. Want to know is there any family history of febrile seizure? Regarding treatment, I would like to suggest Pls monitor fever regularly every 4 hrly, give antipyretic  try to keep temperature below 101 degee. Febrile seizure will disappear generally after 5 years of age, no need for life long treatment. Now your child is 6 years of age i will suggest you to cosult Peaditric neurologist
