High fever (mostly in between 102-103) and mild cough. Have it since last night. I've had a few combiflam but it ain't helping. Not able to eat anything, vomiting problems.

Get routine complete blood count done. These symptoms can be of many different infections.. Till then a simple paracetamol tablet thrice a day at equal intervals should help you with the fever and weakness. Consult a physician for proper treatment
