Its my 3 day of chicken pox I am having high fever (100 to 102) .it was not getting down ,i was using paracetamol 600.

Use cold sponging, in this case you should start antiviral at very beginning it is late for it so you should not think it, symptomatic treatment will help you only and take plenty of water.
