High fever since last 3 days. Had crocin but not working. Shivering is also there. Fever rises at night

Kindly visit the ER at the earliest. Fever with shivering should undergo investigations such as CBC, Dengue IgM, peripheral smear, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
