High Fever from last night

My daughter has fever 102+ from the last night. She got viral infection 15 days before and I gave her moxikind cv with meftagesic ds 5days and again suffering from fever with some cold cough. What should I give to her. Zifi 100 is suitable or any other antibiotics you refer. Please reply ASAP.

I would not advise to self medicate with antibiotics please . You yourself call it a viral infection and then treat with antibiotics when they don’t have any effect on viruses . Give the child paracetamol for the fever and saline nasal drops in case of a nasal block . Looks like a viral cold , should improve in 3 to 4 days with symptomatic treatment . Nevertheless you can get your child physically checked by the Pediatrician
