I have fever 101 with intense pain in head from last 2 days . I also have cough and cold . Shivering with cold. I took medicine and injection but it didn't help me . My head pain is still intense . Plz hlp

Hi there understand your concern... There are many conditions which present with fever with headache...Fever may be due to urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infection,malaria, typhoid, dengue, tuberculosis, viral infection etc...so detailed examination and evaluation is necessary... Take over the counter paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily and do tepid sponging...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
