My baby is suffering from high fever from last 2days age ,3 years and also having cough

Give steam inhalations 4-5 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness or dullness,consult your paediatrician asap.
