Hello Doctor Kindly help as I have a high Fasting sugar of 108 and high cholesterol of 220 ... I want to keep my sugar within normal and cholesterol also ..please prescribe any medicine to lower it

This is completely reversible. Pls don't worry. Target for weight loss. Do daily walk 30 minutes per day. Use more of salads.
