My grandfather had fasting sugar level of 600 and we forgot to take postmeal, please suggest me what to do should I again test sugar level

Fasting sugar of 600 is too high for the patient to be not having any symptoms. If he is sick take him to Hosp urgently. If not get the sugar retested immediately and consult a diabetologist.
