High Eyesight vision problem

Hello, Is there any solution to bring back the eyesight to its normal range. Like any drops to pour into eyes or some sort of exercise or anything to do. I did my medicals last week & found that currently i have a very low vision i.e -2.25 & -2.50 Plz help!
