I have high ESR 92 and high TSH 12. Thyroid check up done after a long time.I already take 62 mg tab. What should I do next?

It's to high, 100 mcg one before breakfast.  Add calcium as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent. Shalcal 500 one at night.  Not to stop u need follow up by MD physician or endocrinologist.
