My ESR is 26 mm ...wbc 11400 ...400 more than norml..I have acne hairfall and dandurff my wisdom tooth's gum is slightly swolen is that the reason for Hugh ESR ?

ESR is a non-specific indicator of inflammation. Normal is less than 25mm/hr. So if your ESR value is 26, it is nothing to worry about. If it is high it can mean any of the following: Endocarditis Malignancy PID Serious Infections Temporal Arteritis . . . and many other conditions.
