My Eyesight not good Without Glasses. Doctor said to me i have high degree myopia.is this considered as a visual disability? What is the percentage of visual disability in my eyes? doctor's prescription Right eye -12.50/-2.50 X 20° -6/9p Left eye -18.0/-2.50 X160° -6/24
