My mother has been problem in kidney, her blood creatine level is 3.6 mg at the age of 64 and also last two weeks she not able walk as normal.

Consult a nephroligist for clinical physical examination done and full work up to ascertain cause of kidney disease leading to higher creatinine and harmful effects of higher retention of nitrogenous waste products in the body.common disease causing renal compromise are diabetes,hypertension, infection, obstruction & renal parenchymal abnormality.
