High creatine

Creatine level is too high ie 10.05 and urea is 222. Doctor suggested to do dialysis. We are planning to do dialysis.But i want to know the food diet for him.Which type of fruits and vegetables i can give it to him. Can i give him white rice? I heard that barley water is good for kidney . Please suggest me on this.
