Hi my sugar came 90,total cholestrol is 190 s.triglyceride 82,HDL CHOLESTROL 42 ,LDL CHOLESTEOL 131 ,VLDL CHOLESTROL 16.4,HDLC RATIO 3.13 My cousin told me it's high please suggest

Hello, Yes its little high but no need of medicines for this. This can be managed on lifestyle modifications only in the form of regular exercise, weight reduction and dietary modifications Take care
