My Total Cholesterol is 305.6 mg/dl Triglycerides- 163.3 mg/dl Hdl-42.7 mg/dl Ldl-118.5 mg/dl Vldl-32.66 mg/dl What will i do, please help me

Your report is wrong Total cholesterol= LDL+HDL+(Triglycerides/5) =118.5+42.7+32.66= 193.86 As your Total cholesterol is less than 200 u need not worry. Daily oil limitation would help you improve your cholesterol levels still more
