High Cholesterol ( LDL 200,HDL-32,triglyceride -170 and vitamin D -21 Rest all other basic parameter are within range (LFT,KFT ,Blood sugger, thyoride and Urine test ) though i am monitoring from 6 month its not in decreasing order , after taking all precaution, such as , simple diet, morning walk (3km. 5 days in week) still its not going down, From last three days i am taking "Rosuvastatin" also (TMT ,ECG and echo test has been done all are ok) pls advise me , how i can mange this as i have done almost al the thigs

Hello. Your problem is called Dyslipidemia. Also you have very high levels of bad cholesterol called LDL. The most important thing would be to eat right . Full dietary protocol needs to be followed. Second step would be regular aerobic exercises. Also you need to have the right medicines . Your current treatment is not UpTo the mark.
