High cholesterol

3 months back I got my blood test done and I found out that my lipid profile is very high TC - 220 Triglycerides-250 Hdl - 30 LDl - 129 So I stopped smoking started eating healthy including oats nuts seeds everything and by doing this I lost around 6 kgs also and yesterday again I did my test to my surprise My total and ldl cholesterol has been increased Tc - 238 LDL - 189 But triglycerides has been reduced from 250 to 184 I don't know what to do I am confused after lifestyle changes also it's increased I don't have any family history of heart disease Also I did my ecg echo and tmt also 2 months back all result was fine ...I am very worried for my heart please help me

You need to continue eating healthy. You need to start exercising at least for an hour daily. Your exercise should include 30 minutes of cardio exercises and another 30 minutes of muscle strengthening exercises. Continue to abstain from smoking and alcohol. You will also need medication to bring down the cholesterol levels quickly to normal.
