I want to purchase a BP Monitor, which one do you suggest to have it domestically. Secondly what is the right time and posture to measure BP. How can it be measured at home. What food items one should increase and reduce.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety... There are digital spignomonometers (BP machine) available in market it will be easier if you buy one.... Regarding posture lying down position is best way to measure BP as in that position gravity is eliminated.... Hope you have got your answer... Regards.
