High bp and high heart beat rate

Bp and heart beat rate reached level of 192/92 bp and 144 hearr beat rate. I gave amalog 5mg tablet and still shivering is taking place. Kindly suggest what is the home precautions needs to be taken. How do we reduce the shivering ? Previously he is a cancer patient with Renel cell carcinoma with metastatis to brain and lungs , paralysis and fits previously occurred.

Consult cardiologist other BP medications can be added to  which controls the heart rate also
