High bp 160/100

Hi all, as i had dizziness i met doctor and it's found that my bp is 160/100 so i was prescribed to take telmipil m 25 mg once a day. I just want to know how dangerous my level of bp is and when the tablet starts working to lower bp , request to share your thoughts on this thank you.

Hello you are having high blood pressure.. kindly do salt restriction , do life style change exercise or walking .follow the tablets given by the doctor whom u consulted . Reduce your stress levels ..recheck your blood pressure .
