High BP 150/100
As I recently discovered that my BP is 150/100. Iam worried about this as previously I had no such thing happened to me. Aslo my sugar levels are at higher side that is FBS 286& ppbs 315 iam taking glimp m1 for sugar
Nothing for BP please suggest any medicine for BP and should I increase the does for my sugar as they are spiking . Please help

Take Tab Amlip 5mg for 10days
Recheck B.P levels
Add Tab Teniva M 20/500 before lunch for Diabetes to your current dosage
Recheck your sugar levels in 5days
