My mother fasting sugar is 233 and she take Tenlimac 20 for long time before food and sugar is 372 today. What dose should she take or need to change medicine. Can we try Glucobay 50 at night and tenlimac 20 in morning as my father is taking the same and his sugar is under control.

She has got un controlled Diabeties. Needs rescheduling of medications. Get her HBA1C, Renal profile and Fundoscopy done by ophthalmologist. Consult me on Practo after getting blood tests. Let her adopt healthy And diabetic lifestyle.
