My daughter had vomiting and stomach ache since two days. her random blood sugar level shows 230. Why is it so? Is she diabetic? She was on no food for almost two days due to vomit and stomach pain

Hi Diabetes is never diagnosed based on random blood sugar levels. So always better to get evaluated for it rather than ignoring it. Kindly consult a physician o a diabetologist for further evaluation n treatment.

She can be diabetic. Symptoms like these can happen due to complications of diabetes eg diabetic keto acidosis. You need to take consultation with a physician for treatment purpose.
