He has been using semi daonil 2.5 mg and Metformin but his blood sugar levels are -fasting >250 and pp >300  and hba1c 12 What should be done to control the blood sugar level?

Dosage is minuscule you need to double the dosage also control the diet only 30% committed carbohydrates exercise 30 to 45 minutes on all days regularly self monitor blood sugar
