hi, it is gestational diabetes - high sugars in pregnancy. its common nowadays in almost 80% of pregnant womens. try to start on diet control- no direct added sugars in tea, coffee, milk, juices, no honey, no jaggery, reduced rice based food and take wheat , ragi, millets, vegetables(except- beetroot, potato), fruits( take apple, guava, orange, mousambi, papaya, pomegranate 1/2 cup weekly twice. do 10mins walk after every meal. eventhough if ur sugars are higher than ( FBS>92 and 1hr PPBS>140) then u need to start on insulin by consulting local doctor.

It is gestational Diabetes. You might require to start insulin. High sugars in pregnancy may lead to misscarriage, neural tube defects, still births, and macrosomia (large baby) depending upon trimester. Consult diabetologist immediately for appropriate treatment
