pregnant womens.
try to start on diet control- no direct added sugars in tea, coffee, milk, juices, no honey, no jaggery, reduced rice based food and take wheat , ragi, millets, vegetables(except- beetroot, potato), fruits( take apple, guava, orange, mousambi, papaya,pomegranate 1/2 cup weekly twice.
do 10mins walk after every meal.
eventhough if ur sugars are higher than ( FBS>92 and 1hr PPBS>140) then u need to start on insulin by consulting local doctor.
