I have high blood sugar. Diabetes - Type 2 Urology issue - unable to self void, using cathetar. . Fasting - 150-250 2 hrs after meal - 250 - 400. HbA1c - 7.5 . . Plz suggest medicine, Excecise and diet to cure ASAP
